How to Edit a Faculty Record
Edit faculty records in GT-TRACS to ensure that a faculty member’s information is correct.
Instructions
To edit a faculty record, follow these steps.
Log in to GT-TRACS ( https://gttracs.techtools.gatech.edu/gttracs/ ) using your Georgia Tech login credentials.
Ensure that the correct org is showing up in the My Faculty grid that appears on the home page. For more information on how to switch orgs, check out our user guide on viewing different orgs in GT-TRACS.
Find the correct faculty member’s record in the My Faculty grid and click on their name to open the record.
Click Edit Profile and make the necessary edits to the profile fields.
Click Save.
