  • Be more deliberate with sprint goals

  • Encourage utilization of existing functionality in multiple locations

  • Review velocity

  • Burn down chart

  • Coordinate with Trey, Robert, Ashley to have someone else test stories you’ve written

  • Changing stories mid-sprint. If story needs change, close and create a new story. Note new story in comments of original story

  • Build Backlog

  • Formalizing open/closure of sprint with words of encouragement

  • Engage informally about stories on a 1:1 basis
