FAQ: How do I see other orgs/departments in TRACS?

I need to work on faculty records/packages in another org.

 Solution

To navigate to faculty records and packages in a different org than the one you currently have showing in GT-TRACS, follow these steps.

1. Log in to GT-TRACS ( https://gttracs.techtools.gatech.edu/gttracs/ ) using your Georgia Tech login credentials.

2. Click Switch Orgs in the top right of your screen to see a dropdown list of all orgs that you currently have access to.

3. Click the correct org in the list to switch to viewing faculty record and packages in that new org.
