Use the status of a package in GT-TRACS to know and update where the package is in the creation, approval, and negotiation process for a faculty member.

To find and update the status of a package in GT-TRACS, follow these steps.
Log in to GT-TRACS ( https://gttracs.techtools.gatech.edu/gttracs/ ) using your Georgia Tech login credentials.
Click the name of the correct faculty member on the My Faculty grid.
Find the correct package in the Packages grid on that faculy record and see the Status column to view the current status of the package.
To manually update the status of that package, click the package name to pull up the package info.
Near the top right of the Package Info tab, you’ll see a Status field that displays the current status, followed by a Change Status field that displays the various status options you can choose to change the package to.
Select the correct new status in the Change Status field.
In the following pop-up, click Yes.
Navigate back to the faculty record page by clicking the name of the faculty member in the top left, and ensure that the Status column displays the correct new status in the Packages grid for that package.
