Review packages to help ensure that the package information is correct and to provide feedback on the for other reviewers and approvers in the package approval workflow to consider.
\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions
To review a package in GT-TRACS, follow these steps.
Log in to GT-TRACS ( https://gttracs.techtools.gatech.edu/gttracs/ ) using your Georgia Tech login credentials.
Open the package you need to review using one of the following options:
clicking the Action Items tab in the navigation bar
clicking the link to the package in the email you received notifying you that the package is ready for your review
Review all of the information assocaited with the package by clicking on the Package Information, Commitments, Notes, Attachments, etc. tabs at the top of the package.
Click on the Approvals tab.
Enter your review comments in the text box below the Completed Reviews grid.
Click I Have Reviewed This Package.

If you do not see the Completed Reviews grid or the dialogue box to enter a review of your own on the Approvals tab, then either:
the package is not at the right level to be reviewed by you or someone in your org yet
OR
you do not currently have the permissions to review packages in GT-TRACS. Check out our detailed user guide on user access in GT-TRACS to find out how to get the appropriate permissions to review packages.
Reviewing a package does not move the package forward in the process as an approval would, but gives you viewing access to the package information and allows your to leave comments at your level of review.
