You can only add an allocation to a package for an org that you are an administrator in. If you need to request an allocation in GT-TRACS from a different org, follow the steps above and an administrator in that org will receive the allocation request for them to addcheck out our user guide on how to request an allocation.

Allocations can only be added to a package in GT-TRACS after a package has been completely approved and the status is “Accepted” or “Awarded”. For more information on package status information, check out our user guide on how to view and update package statuses.
