🤔 Problem

My committee members don’t see any candidate dossiers in PROMOTE

1. on the main candidate grid
OR

2. on the Candidate grid on their committee page.

🌱 Solution

  1. If your committee members are looking for candidate dossiers on the main candidate grid in a specific process in PROMOTE, they are looking in the wrong place. Committee members should follow the steps in this user guide to review candidate dossiers for internal review committee purposes on their committee page.

  2. If committee members are looking at their committee page but no candidates appears in their committee’s Candidates grid, then a committee manager will need to ensure that the candidate is active at that committee level and that their status on that committee level is set to Review in Process.

    1. Check to see if the candidate is active on that committee level. A candidate is active on a committee level when they do NOT appear greyed out on the committee’s Candidates grid to a committee manager. If a candidate is greyed out on a committee to a committee manager, it means they are currently sitting at a different level and will need to be advanced to this internal committee’s level.

    2. Check the Status column in the Candidates grid on the committee page to see if the status is Review in Process or not. If not, double click the current status and select Review in Process to correct the status and open up viewing access for the committee members on this committee.
