Gain new or additional access to GT-TRACS by having your manager submit an access request to support@tag.gatech.edu.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

To gain new or additional access to GT-TRACS, follow these steps:

  1. Your manager or supervisor should request access to TRACS for you by emailing support@tag.gatech.edu. They will need to provide:

    1. your name

    2. the org numbers to which you need access

    3. the user role(s) for each org that you will need

    4. the package types you need to be able to manage

  2. The email to support@tag.gatech.edu will create a ServiceNow ticket acknowledging the new GT-TRACS access request. The support team will add the user manager and a representative from Faculty Affairs to the support ticket requesting their acknowledgement and approval of the requested access.

  3. Once both parties acknowledge and approve, the GT-TRACS support team will add the new access and notify the user and all other parties that the access request is complete. They will include links to the GT-TRACS application and the user documentation to help the user with new access get started.
