Download a pivot data table report in an excel spreadsheet for the commitment and allocation data in your org.

To run a pivot data download report, follow these steps.
Log in to GT-TRACS ( https://gttracs.techtools.gatech.edu/gttracs/ ) using your Georgia Tech login credentials.
Click Reports in your navigation bar.
Click the Pivot Data Download tab to pull up a grid of all the data associated wiht all commitments and allocations in the selected Funding Org in the top left.
Optionally, sort and filter the grid as desired using the dropdown arrows in the column titles.
Optionally, save the selected grid filters as a Report Parameter by clicking Save Report Parameters in the top right of the grid, entering a name for the parameters, and clicking Save in the pop-up.
Click Export to Excel in the top left of the grid to download a .xlsx file of the grid with the current report parameters to your computer.
Save Report Parameters for report filters that you will use regularly, so you do not need to reset the filters manually every time you pull that report.
