Add reminders to a package to remember action items that need to be completed on a package at a given time in the future by you or another administrator in your org.

\uD83D\uDCD8 Instructions

To add a reminder to a package, follow these steps.

  1. Log in to GT-TRACS ( https://gttracs.techtools.gatech.edu/gttracs/ ) using your Georgia Tech login credentials.

  2. Click the name of the faculty member you are creating a package for on the My Faculty grid.

  3. Select the package you need to edit in the Packages grid on that faculy record.

  4. Click the Reminders tab.

  5. Click Create Reminder in the topright of the Active Reminders grid.

  6. Fill in the Create Reminder pop up with the reminder date, reminder message, and indicate if you’d like to receive an email with the reminder or not using the checkbox field.

  7. Click Save.

  8. Ensure your reminder shows up in the Active Reminders grid.
