All user roles in GT-TRACS are distributed by org. If you need a specific user role for multiple orgs in GT-TRACS, that role will be given for each org that you need the access to.

For example, if you have the Administrator role in org 120 and 220, then you will have administrative access to all faculty records and packages in org 120 and org 220, but will not have administrative viewing access or the ability to perform those functions for faculty records or packages in org 330.
