Approve packages for your Org in GT-TRACS to move the package to the next level in the approval workflow.

To approve a package in GT-TRACS, follow these steps.
Log in to GT-TRACS ( https://gttracs.techtools.gatech.edu/gttracs/ ) using your Georgia Tech login credentials.
Open the package you need to approve using one of the following options:
clicking the Action Items tab in the navigation bar and finding the correct package in the grid under the Packages Awaiting Approval sub-tab
clicking the link to the package in the email you received notifying you that the package is ready for your approval
Review all of the information assocaited with the package by clicking on the Package Information, Commitments, Notes, Attachments, etc. tabs at the top of the package.
Click on the Approvals tab.
Enter your comments to accompany your package approval in the text box below the Completed Approvals grid.
Click I Approve Package.
