\uD83C\uDF31 Solution

  1. If your committee members are looking for candidate dossiers on the main candidate grid in a specific process in PROMOTE, they are looking in the wrong place. Committee members should follow the steps in this user guide to review candidate dossiers for internal review committee purposes on their committee page.

  2. If committee members are looking at their committee page but no candidates appear in their committee’s Candidates grid, then the candidates will need to be put in the Review in Process status on that committee level to make them visible to those committee members for review.
